Michael Bader is an international lawyer, transnational activist and PhD Student at Melbourne Law School. For the past years, he held positions as a Research Fellow & Bertha Justice Fellow and legal advisor (2019-2022) at the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) in Berlin. He has been co-developing the project with the objective of building transdisciplinary alliances and, in this way, advancing the legal and political struggle of affected communities for reparations and justice in regards to Germany’s colonial crimes.
